Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year EMS or public safety dispatcher experience or minimal medical/telecom training.
• Skilled in reading and writing English.
• Clear radio and telephone communication.
• Accurate data entry and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use equipment efficiently.
• Typing speed and accuracy for emergency/nonemergency calls.
• Understand basic computer applications.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services.
• Allocate EMS resources using approved protocols and decision rules.
• Maintain complete and accurate paperwork for each shift.
• Enter data accurately and complete State Run Report data entry as assigned.
• Generate reports and verify accuracy of information.
• Locate incident scenes and determine fastest safe routes.
• Relay instructions from supervisors and maintain communications.
• Adhere to company policies and memorandums.
