Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to calls and emails using the established system to deliver customer support to providers, facilities and member representatives.
• Schedule, assign, review and route transportation requests.
• Document communications following protocols and escalate issues as necessary.
• Communicate trip data including confirmations, routing time, issues and performance.
• Work collaboratively with allied health and public safety personnel and coworkers.
• Demonstrate organization, multitasking and time management skills.
