Job summary

Lynx EMS in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead the shift and assign duties, while still handling dispatcher tasks as needed. This role coordinates staff schedules, grid assignments, and training to ensure operational readiness.

You will contribute to QA/CQI initiatives, track KPIs, and report to the director on performance and incidents, helping the dispatch center deliver timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Emergency Services, Public Service, Customer Service or Call Center preferred.
• License: Motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Ability to read, write and understand English and type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
• Ability to present educational materials to individuals or groups within the dispatch department.

The superviosr is responsible for shift assignments, staff schedules, and grid assignments, while still performing all duties and responsibilities of a dispatcher when necessary.
