• Pre-arrange transport for facilities and determine required level of care.
• Arrange specialty and critical care transportation.
• Provide information and assistance for customer service inquiries.
• Communicate with multiple departments and EMS personnel.
• Provide supportive information to customers arranging transport.
• Develop effective solutions for customer service issues.
• Direct calls to Flight desk as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
