Summary:The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for fulfilling the operational needs of the Director of Administration and employees. They are to set an example for employees and to support employees in meeting the standards of the First Call policies, protocols and culture. The Dispatch Supervisor directly supervises the communications employees. Frequent interruptions, work pressure, difficult personalities, and changing deadlines are all a part of this job.
