Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and process complaints to determine jurisdiction and disposition.
• Investigate statewide complaints through document review, interviews, and records analysis.
• Develop investigative findings and prepare written reports and recommendations.
• Maintain complete case files and supporting documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Track remediation requirements and compliance deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor disciplinary actions and document case status and resolutions.
• Communicate with complainants, respondents, and stakeholders for information and updates.
• Generate compliance and investigation reports to support program oversight.
