State of North Carolina - Health & Human Services, Office of Emergency Medical Services, is seeking an Emergency Medical Program Specialist (NS) to administer complaint intake, investigate statewide cases, and monitor remediation to ensure compliance with applicable laws and program requirements.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings in written reports.

Formación

• EMT-Paramedic certification is required.
• Experience in health services compliance and investigations preferred.
• Ability to manage confidential information and multiple cases with data integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, review, and process complaints to determine jurisdiction and disposition.
• Investigate statewide complaints through documents, interviews, and records analysis.
• Develop investigative findings and prepare written reports and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Track remediation, deadlines, and corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with complainants, respondents, and stakeholders to obtain information and provide updates.
