ProCare Ambulance Llc is seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Communications Center to lead dispatch operations, coach staff, and ensure timely transport delivery. The ideal candidate has EMS dispatch or IFT experience, supervisory aptitude, and EMT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in EMS/Communications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years EMS dispatch or IFT experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• EMT certification preferred; valid Maryland driver''s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all dispatch activity during assigned shifts to ensure timely response.
• Coordinate with field personnel to optimize real-time operations.
• Monitor call volumes, dispatch assignments, and trip status to improve on-time performance.
• Act as escalation point for shift-related issues in the Communications Center.
• Mentor dispatch staff and participate in onboarding and training.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and documentation standards.
