Job summary

You will handle inquiries to clients, suppliers, and consultants, manage notices and overdue items, and contribute to monthly accrual reporting and system updates. Strong notes in ECP and teamwork with consultants are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience validating usage and cost computations and exporting invoices.
• Ability to communicate inquiries to clients, suppliers, and consultants.
• Experience handling notices, overdue supplies, and AP documentation.
• Respond to client information requests within scope of existing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Review for Validation of Usage and Cost computations, and ensuring timely Export of all invoices.
• Communicate Inquiries/Investigations to the client, the supplier and/or Consultant whenever they occur.
• Handle all Notices, Overdue Supplies, DMS Supplier Checks, Posting Tickets and E-Bill Invoice acquisition requirements.
• Respond to client requests for information and assistance whenever in scope of existing NUS Agreement.
