Qualifications

• CPR and Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification within one year.
• CLEAN certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced EMS dispatch life support with pre-arrival instructions.
• Operate and maintain Dispatch Call Center equipment and systems.
• Prepare and maintain reports and records of emergency responses.
