Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, education, informatics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of experience in training, teaching, healthcare, EMR workflow support, or a related role.
• Experience educating, training, or supporting individuals with varying levels of knowledge and technical proficiency.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical or workflow information in a clear, practical, and approachable manner.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured EMR onboarding training for new hires using Medent and CareStack.
• Provide follow-up and reinforcement training after onboarding based on role and workflow.
• Conduct onsite rounding and provider training across Community Health locations.
• Develop EMR training materials and job aids; update materials to reflect current workflows.
• Coordinate with IT and EMR teams to plan training activities and address education needs.
