Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking a Clinical Operations Trainer to support onboarding, training, and ongoing development for physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians across Massachusetts. You will provide hands-on EMR training and coaching to ensure standardized workflows and efficient patient care.

The role requires 3+ years in a medical setting, strong training experience, and the ability to travel within the region up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a medical practice or ambulatory care.
• Experience training physicians or APPs.
• 3+ years EMR experience; Athena preferred.
• Ability to train in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual training for clinical staff.
• Support role-based onboarding and training for new providers.
• Provide hands-on, at-the-elbow support to learn workflows and EMR.
• Develop training materials and facilitate education sessions.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and opportunities.
• Manage multiple training priorities across practices in MA.
