You will educate clinicians and administrative staff on effective EMR use, create training materials, conduct hands-on sessions, and assess training effectiveness to improve documentation and compliance. Qualificações
- Minimum of 7 years related work experience.
- EPIC Certification - Epic Systems Upon Hire.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field preferred.
- 10 years instructional designer/credentialed trainer experience preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Design and deliver onboarding education for new hires, ensuring consistency with standards.
- Evaluate lessons learned and implement improvements for educational effectiveness.
- Create and update EMR education resources such as tip sheets, videos, and presentations.
- Maintain EMR training environment, perform updates and basic troubleshooting; report issues.
- Lead workflow analysis and assess feasibility of educational components for large projects.
- Provide administrative support for Curriculum Review Board meetings.
