Qualifications

• Epic Credentialed Trainer status must be obtained within six (6) months of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers EMR training programs for clinical staff
• Assists healthcare staff in navigating EMR applications and collaborates with IT/clinical teams to tailor materials
• Supports system updates and monitors training effectiveness
• Maintains documentation and conducts hands‑on training sessions
• Addresses user inquiries and troubleshoots issues to ensure EMR usage and data accuracy
