Job summary

US Oncology Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Trainer focused on EPIC EMR applications. This role develops and delivers comprehensive training programs, optimizes workflows with clinicians and staff, and serves as a liaison with partners such as JMH.

The trainer leads classroom sessions, creates SOPs, and supports system upgrades. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of EPIC end-user training experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while coordinating

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Requires completion of credentialing training program at John Muir Health to perform EPIC EMR classroom training.

Responsibilities

• Solve Epic Care Epic EMR and business systems issues; use ticketing system.
• Participate in JMH Epic credentialing training program for front desk MA and provider.
• Develop and conduct classroom training covering front desk/MA workflows and EPIC EMR access.
• Lead classroom training for incoming staff; set up USON credentials and 2FA.
• Create SOPs and training materials; update for new EMR version.
• Work with Epic Care staff and JMH helpdesk; escalate as needed.
• Assist with quarterly system upgrades; distribute tip sheets and remote trainings.
