Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience developing and delivering EMR training programs.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical workflows.
• Strong communication and instructional skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IT and clinical teams.
• Experience troubleshooting user issues and providing support.
• Epic Credentialed Trainer status must be obtained within six months of hire or transfer into the position.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers training programs to enhance user proficiency with EMR systems.
• Assists healthcare staff in navigating EMR applications and collaborates with IT and clinical teams to tailor instructional materials.
