Job summary

US Oncology Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Trainer to serve as the primary contact for training on Epic Care and EPIC EMR applications. Qualifications

High school graduate required.
Requires completion of credentialing training program at John Muir Health to perform EPIC EMR classroom training.

Responsibilities

Resolve Epic Care and EPIC EMR issues using ticketing systems and vendor collaboration.
Participate in JMH EPIC credentialing training for front desk MA and provider, including teachback sessions.
Develop and conduct classroom trainings covering front desk and MA workflows, EPIC EMR access, and general computer literacy.
Proctor trainings on-site for incoming staff and cover EpicCare rights as defined by JMH.
Create SOPs, training materials, tip sheets, and workflow documentation as needed.
