Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Epic or other electronic medical record systems.
• Healthcare, informatics, education, training, or clinical experience.
• Experience facilitating classroom activities or supporting adult learners.
• Experience with usability testing, workflow analysis, or technology implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations of the training center and training program logistics.
• Proctor nursing and clinical classroom sessions for role-based training requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to learners during hands-on training.
• Monitor learner progress and escalate training concerns or technical issues.
• Assist with validating training completion and maintaining training records.
• Support usability testing activities for new technologies and workflows.
• Document testing results and recommendations for teams.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting in the training environment.
• Respond to EMR and application-related questions from end users.
• Assist with training material preparation and classroom setup.
