Job summary

Ohio State University invites applications for a Sr. IT Training & Opt Analyst in Health System Shared Services. The role serves as the primary training and optimization resource for patient care and revenue cycle applications, guiding adoption and coordination of system enhancements.

You will design, deliver, and evaluate education programs, collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders, and lead change-management efforts to maximize user adoption and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical, revenue cycle, or related field and four years of experience in education, staff development, and/or clinical or revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and optimization initiatives.
• Act as subject matter expert for training and system adoption during new implementations and upgrades.
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop, deliver, and evaluate educational programs.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to optimize workflows and user adoption.
• Support change management efforts and promote best practices to improve system performance.
