Job summary

Kansas is seeking a Clinical IT Coordinator for a full-time position focused on optimizing clinical software systems and supporting end-users. Responsibilities include developing training and documentation for the EMR system, training staff, and managing software support tickets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of clinical experience and a strong understanding of electronic charting. Additional benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hospital or clinical experience required.
• Understanding of electronic charting, including electronic MAR, order entry, and electronic form entry.
• Competency in general computing skills including keyboarding and email.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document training for using the EMR system.
• Train and support staff and physicians on the EMR.
• Enter support tickets with vendors and assist users with software issues.
• Generate system reports and assist clinical teams.
• Assess accreditation and compliance standards.
