Job summary

South Texas Health System – Clinics is seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst (EMR Specialist) to oversee all EMRs across the market and ensure alignment with corporate policies. You will train physicians and staff, develop documentation, and monitor EMR performance while implementing features and efficiencies that improve workflows.

You will work with a team to maintain practice management solutions, support IT applications, and drive adherence to Meaningful Use guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree/Technical School/2 years college required.
• Minimum one year experience with Physician Office business operations or practice management.

Responsibilities

• Manage all EMRs across the market for employed physician practices.
• Train physicians and staff; develop training materials and documentation.
• Maintain EMR and practice management systems per corporate policies.
• Ensure compliance with Meaningful Use guidelines and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with physicians to improve workflows using IT systems.
