Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Application Support Department.
- Serve as SME for the hospital’s EMR, leading upgrades, implementations and enhancements.
- Partner with clinical and operational departments to develop solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the Application Support team.
