Qualifications

• Experience implementing and supporting clinical software in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to customize and configure multi-service software packages.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and EMR systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare IT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implements and supports multi-service software packages that automate the capture of clinical encounter information.
• Manages and maintains customization of multi-service software packages.
• Coordinates implementation of new clinical software products.
• Provides input on clinical workflows as related to software implementation.
• Toubleshoots and resolves electronic health information problems as first responder to tickets.
• Maintains clinical system documentation including workflow changes.
• Coordinates efforts to ensure health data is accurate and reportable.
