You will partner with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to ensure applications are implemented, maintained, and aligned with organizational goals while driving process improvements and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Business, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Applications team and oversee workload prioritization, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of clinical applications to align with needs.
