Job summary

USA Clinics Group is seeking an organized Clinical Applications Trainer to bridge clinical operations and technology. You will design, deliver, and manage hands-on training for EMR and other clinical systems, serving as Tier 1 support for staff nationwide.

The role reports to the Corporate team and requires creating learning resources, monitoring progress in LMS, and ensuring system adoption across clinics. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years training users on Clinical or Hospital Applications.
• Ability to translate EMR system information into user-friendly training content.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High proficiency with EMR systems, e-learning platforms, and training software.
• Willingness to travel to facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on EMR and clinical applications for staff and Providers.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Develop training materials such as manuals, guides, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate onboarding education for new clinical team members.
• Provide ongoing education and refresher training on updates and features.
• Deliver instructor-led and one-on-one training ensuring proficiency in workflows.
