U.S. Dermatology Partners seeks a Process Coordinator/EMR Coordinator to support the pathology lab by maintaining EMR and LIS systems.

The role involves troubleshooting EMR issues, ensuring interface stability, and collaborating with multiple vendors and internal teams to resolve technical errors and improve workflows. Daily responsibilities include monitoring EMR transmissions, assisting with billing processes, and executing special projects as needed to uphold data integrity and compliance

Qualifications

• Project management/time management skills; able to set and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to correspond with vendors and clients.

Responsabilités

• Maintain EMR duties including troubleshooting, interfacing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with lab LIS vendors and EMR vendors; troubleshoot and resolve technical errors.
• Monitor EMR transmissions and coordinate with programmers and clients for successful transmission of reports.
• Assist with billing-related tasks and CPT codes as needed.
• Complete special projects when required.
