Qualifications

• Experience maintaining Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Ability to troubleshoot EMR and LIS issues with vendors and clients.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• EMR troubleshooting and maintenance
• Maintain client interfaces and report transmission status
• Troubleshoot EMR/LIS issues with vendors and clients
• Coordinate with lab LIS vendor and EMR vendors to test and resolve errors
• Monitor daily incoming orders and ensure successful transmission
• Assist with billing charges and CPT codes where applicable
• Liaise across LIS, billing and EMR systems in pathology labs and clinics
