Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support duplicate Medical Records and merges.
• Coordinate amendments and corrections requests.
• Assist with medical record audits and data analysis for quality compliance.
• Utilize Medical Records database systems for EMR documentation and distribution of records/data.
• Assist in development and training of departmental staff.
• Correspond with partners/vendors to resolve discrepancies and implement chart corrections.
• Monitor and improve work processes, equipment, and staffing needs.
