Job summary

Kintegra Health is seeking an EHR Administrator in Gastonia, NC to lead day‑to‑day EMR administration, optimization, and end‑user training across CareHub/IntusCare and Elation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, HIM, Health Informatics or related field preferred; not required with solid equivalent experience.
• Clinical licensure or credential (e.g., RN, LPN, CMA, or therapy/social work license) strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year experience with frail elderly population; 3+ years clinical healthcare experience; 2+ years EMR administration or super-user experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves on the executive leadership team and supports organizational planning and decision‑making.
• Defines and maintains technology and data strategy and multi‑year roadmaps.
• Leads Systems department staff and manages budget, priorities, and resources.
• Oversees vendor selection, contracting, and performance reviews.
