Qualifications

• Ability to learn quality improvement methodology and workflow redesign.
• Familiar with regulatory programs such as Meaningful Use and HEDIS.
• Proven strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in quality improvement methods to drive change.
• Know regulatory programs (MU, UDS, ACO, PCMH, HEDIS).
• Assist with departmental QI initiatives: identify metrics, interventions, evaluations, outcomes.
• Assist with report generation and evaluation.
• Review medical records and gap reports for accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of Practice Management and EMR systems.
• Educate end users on Practice Management and EMR usage.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions to staff.
• Train staff on Practice Management and EMR use.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
