Kintegra Health is seeking an Informatics Specialist to lead Allscripts/Veradigm Professional EHR and Practice Management support in an ambulatory setting. You will bridge clinical operations, administration, and IT to optimize workflows and documentation, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient business processes.

The role requires hands-on experience with Allscripts/Veradigm, strong training skills, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Nursing, Clinical Operations, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience supporting Allscripts Professional EHR and/or Practice Management systems.
• Experience supporting ambulatory healthcare organizations, physician practices, community health centers, or multi-site clinical environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of clinical workflows, patient registration, scheduling, documentation, billing, and revenue cycle processes.
• Experience troubleshooting application issues and collaborating with software vendors.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Allscripts/Veradigm Professional EHR and Practice Management applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues reported by clinical and administrative staff.
• Manage support requests, prioritize incidents, and ensure timely resolution of reported issues.
• Coordinate with Allscripts/Veradigm support teams and third-party vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
• Maintain system configurations, templates, forms, provider preferences, scheduling configurations, and workflow settings.
• Participate in application testing and validation activities related to upgrades, patches, and new functionality.
