You will train staff, optimize workflows, analyze data, and collaborate with IT and clinical leadership to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Current RN license or equivalent clinical credential.
• 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Meditech.
• Strong data analysis and performance improvement knowledge.
• Understanding of hospital information systems and workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians in workflow discussions and technology adoption.
• Develop and deliver EMR education and end-user support.
• Serve as liaison between clinical departments and IT.
• Deliver EMR training to employed and locum staff.
• Identify and resolve application and workflow issues.
• Analyze workflows to recommend process improvements.
• Support EMR testing, upgrades, and rollout planning.
• Create reports and data solutions for decision-making.
