You will evaluate needs, share findings with families and district staff, and implement or supervise IEP goals while ensuring compliance and compassionate care; a flexible, full-/part-time schedule is available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs through comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Communicate findings clearly with parents and district personnel.
• Develop targeted, evidence-based interventions with the ARD committee.
• Deliver therapy or supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants to implement IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions using student data.
• Participate in ARD meetings and related discussions to advocate for students’ programs.

Education

Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program

Active license to practice as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in Texas

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP)
