Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Residential Counselor in Massachusetts to support individuals in daily living, skill development, and community participation within residential and community-based settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered service and support plans and play an active role in their implementation.
• Provide support with daily living activities, skill development, and personal goal achievement.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment that promotes the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
