You will assist with daily living activities, community participation, and personal goal attainment, while ensuring safety and support. The organization emphasizes trauma-informed care, inclusion, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily living activities and personal goal attainment.
• Support community participation and skill-building for independence.
• Provide transportation access assistance and resource navigation.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion and relationships.
• Maintain safe, clean, and supportive environments for individuals served.
• Review and complete required documentation accurately and timely.
