Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, guidance, and skill-building support within residential and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, community participation, and personal goal attainment.
• Support individuals in accessing transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities that promote community inclusion, relationship building, and personal growth.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment and complete required documentation.
