Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and skill development.
• Support community participation and personal goal attainment.
• Help individuals access transportation and community resources as needed.
• Implement activities promoting community inclusion and social engagement.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment and timely documentation.
