Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor in California to deliver personalized 1:1 and semi-private sessions, integrating apparatus and progression of clients’ Pilates journeys.

You will foster client relationships, drive results, and uphold Life Time’s brand values in a supportive studio setting. The role requires certification, ongoing education, and the ability to motivate clients while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pilates Instructor with reformer, mat, tower/cadillac, chair and barrels.
• 1 year Pilates training experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1:1 and small group sessions tailored to client needs.
• Incorporate all Pilates apparatus into session programming.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent service and results.
• Document client programming and maintain fitness plans.
• Keep studio clean and organized; stay current on certifications and industry trends.
