Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to nurture client relationships and deliver personalized instruction grounded in Pilates methodology. You will build your clientele while promoting a fun, educational, and supportive member experience aligned with Life Time’s brand.

The role focuses on 1:1 and small group sessions, incorporating full apparatus and progressive programming. Ongoing certifications and industry knowledge are encouraged to maintain high standards of care and

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates instructor with current credentials.
• Trained and certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.
• Minimum 1 year Pilates training experience.
• CPR/AED certified and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customization in Private and Semi Private sessions.
• Integrate Pilates apparatus into session programming for effective results.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service.
• Utilize the Pilates method to drive positive changes in clients’ lives.
• Complete all administrative requirements for client fitness plans.
• Uphold studio cleanliness and organization.
• Stay current on certifications, credentials, continuing education, and industry trends.
• Create an empowering and motivating environment for clients.
