Life Time Inc. seeks a passionate Pilates Instructor to deliver personalized 1:1 and small-group sessions, tailoring each program to individual client needs and incorporating all Pilates apparatus for comprehensive sessions.

You will build a loyal client base through exceptional service, accurate documentation, and ongoing education while maintaining a clean, welcoming studio aligned with Life Time's brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Comprehensively certified Pilates instructor.
• Trained in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.
• Certified in Beginner to Intermediate Pilates repertoire.
• 1 year of Pilates training experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1:1 and semi-private sessions.
• Integrate Pilates apparatus into session programming.
• Build and maintain clientele through exceptional service.
• Document client programming and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
