Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members with personalized sessions, building a strong client base, and delivering high-quality instruction in a welcoming studio environment.

You will tailor sessions using all Pilates apparatus, remain current with certifications, and contribute to a positive member experience aligned with the Life Time Pilates brand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor.
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.
• Certified in Beginner to Intermediate Pilates repertoire.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customization in Private (1:1) and Semi Private (3-6 participants) sessions.
• Integrate Pilates apparatus into session programming.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service and results-driven instruction.
• Utilize the Pilates method to create impactful changes in clients’ lives.
• Complete all administrative requirements for each client’s fitness plan, including documentation.
• Upholds cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Remain current on certifications, credentials, continuing or advanced education, and new trends in the industry.
• Create an empowering and motivating environment for all clients.
