Life Time Inc. in California Roseville is seeking a Pilates Instructor to deliver personalized Private and Semi Private sessions, tailoring sessions to client needs while integrating all Pilates apparatus.

You will build your clientele through exceptional service and outcomes, and you will document client programming and maintain a clean studio. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, comprehensive Pilates certification, and CPR/AED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor.
• Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.
• Certified in Beginner to Intermediate Pilates repertoire.
• At least 1 year of Pilates training experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to design progressive Pilates programs.
• CPR and AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customization in Private and Semi Private sessions.
• Integrate Pilates apparatus into session programming.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through service and results.
• Utilize the Pilates method to create positive changes.
• Complete administrative requirements including client programming documentation.
• Uphold studio cleanliness and organization.
• Stay current on certifications and industry trends.
• Create an empowering and motivating environment.
