Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Pilates Instructor to support members and champion healthier, happier lives through personalized instruction and strong client relationships. You will empower clients via Pilates principles, build your clientele, and deliver safe, fun sessions aligned with Life Time's brand.

Responsibilities include tailoring Private and Semi-Private sessions, integrating apparatus, maintaining studio cleanliness, documenting programming, and staying current with certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Comprehensively certified Pilates instructor.
• Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.
• Beginner to intermediate Pilates repertoire certification.
• At least 1 year of Pilates training experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customization in all session offerings, Private (1:1) and Semi Private (3-6 participants).
• Integrate Pilates apparatus into session programming for effective sessions.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service.
• Utilize the Pilates method to create positive changes in clients’ lives.
• Complete administrative requirements including documentation of client programming.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Remain current on certifications and new industry trends.
• Create an empowering and motivating environment for all clients.
