Life Time is hiring a Pilates Instructor in California. The role focuses on personalized 1:1 and small-group sessions, integrating all Pilates apparatus to deliver transformative results and an engaging member experience.

Responsibilities include client development, administrative duties, studio upkeep, and ongoing education to stay current with certification trends. Competitive benefits accompany a base hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor.
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.
• Certified in Beginner to Intermediate Pilates repertoire.
• 1 year of Pilates training experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customization in all session offerings (Private and Semi Private).
• Integrate Pilates apparatus into session programming.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service.
• Utilize the Pilates method to create positive changes in clients.
• Complete administrative requirements and document client programming.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Stay current on certifications, credentials, and industry trends.
• Create an empowering and motivating environment for clients.
