Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide care under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will deliver therapy, participate in case management, and ensure adherence to applicable regulations within the community setting.

Responsibilities include treatment implementation, supervising rehab techs, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical problem-solving skills to identify and prioritize issues and develop action plans.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the licensed occupational therapist, optimize the functional abilities of patients in communities.
• Assist in screening and providing input to initial evaluations for appropriate patients.
• Implement treatment plans for all assigned patients.
• Comply with state and federal guidelines regarding billing and documentation.
• Provide direct supervision to rehab techs during group and individual treatment.
• Establish and maintain effective interactions with patients and the interdisciplinary team.
