Job summary

REACH currently seeks a Life Skills Coach in Pomona, CA to provide direct services under supervision. The role includes life and vocational skills training, assisting individuals with daily activities, and ensuring safety during community-based and in-house programs.

You will help participants reach independent living goals and document progress to support ongoing planning. This is an in-person position with a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• An interest in and willingness to learn about training and vocational needs of individuals with disabilities.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing living skills and vocational goals as outlined in the individual support plan.
• Provide direct support with daily living activities and routines.
• Document progress notes and participate in trainings with the supervisor.
