Job summary

Reach Services is seeking staff to assist in delivering vocational and independent living skills for individuals with disabilities in California. You will support planning, execution, and documentation of person-centered objectives, while ensuring safety and HIPAA-like privacy standards.

Training is provided for CPR/First Aid and safety. Responsibilities include transporting participants, recording progress, and participating in regular staff trainings to improve living skills outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid CA driver's license.
• CPR and First Aid training and certification are provided by REACH.
• Experience assisting individuals with disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing vocational and independent living skill objectives as per individual support plans.
• Provide direct educational and support services to individuals with disabilities.
• Transport participants to activities in the community as needed.
• Maintain progress notes on participant goals and outcomes.
• Participate in trainings and safety meetings and follow REACH policies.
