Job summary

REACH Services in Diamond Bar, CA is seeking a dedicated aide to support individuals with disabilities in education, vocational training, and independent living skills.

Under supervision, you will implement objectives, assist with daily routines, transport participants, and participate in safety and training programs. Must be 18+, have CA driver’s license, and be able to lift 50–80 pounds. This is an in-person role with benefits including health and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid CA driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50–80 pounds and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing vocational, independent and interdependent living skills objectives.
• Provide direct assistance to individuals in developing living and vocational goals.
• Support daily routines including feeding, grooming, hygiene and attire.
• Transport participants to activities in the community as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and REACH safety programs.
