Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will focus on improving communication, independence, safety and overall quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, meaningful outcomes and supportive team mentorship. TMC partners with facilities nationwide to deliver high-quality rehab services and clinician empowerment.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence in adults and geriatrics.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
