WellLife Network is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide hands-on care, advocacy, and community engagement for individuals with developmental disabilities in New York. Successful candidates will assist with daily living, mobility, and coordinating medical appointments, while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English for client communication.
• New York State Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience required for driving positions.
• Comfort operating a large vehicle for driving positions.
• Experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care, encouragement, and advocacy for individuals you support.
• Assist with daily living activities and community connections.
• Administer medications as directed and support medical appointments.
• Assist with mobility and safe navigation in environments.
• Plan and participate in recreational, educational, and social activities.
• Document daily notes and progress in electronic systems.
